Balinese massage

Balinese Massage is part of Balinese Traditional Healing. The existences of Balinese massage has been known and practiced since hundreds years ago and it’s mentioned on well preserved ancient Balinese manuscripts.

Today, Balinese massage consists of several massage therapy techniques that the people of Bali have adopted from different cultures. It uses a combination of gentle stretches, acupressure and aromatherapy oils to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen and “qi” (energy) around your body, and bring deep relaxation and wellness.

As with any massage, one of the main goals of the Balinese massage is a relaxed state of mind. The Balinese feel that in order to have true relaxation there must be a good flow of blood and oxygen throughout your system. It is believed that when the blood and oxygen are flowing freely then the qi, or energy, will flow freely too. (back to Top)

Hand reflexology

Hand Reflexology is a powerful tool and should be used far more than it is at present.

Reflexology is primarily a treatment that is done on the feet. However, the reflexes on the foot do correspond to reflexes on the hand, making it possible for you to work those pressure points with self-reflexology.

Although Hand reflexology is perfect for self-treatment, it is known that people exhibit a greater response when they receive a treatment from someone else.

Hand reflexology is an accessible tool to get some relief from the stresses that new technologies sometimes put on our hands.
